Job Description

The Software Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing service and support to both employees and clients related to our loan operating system, Ellie Mae Encompass 360. They will also be working with internal teammates to troubleshoot and develop the software, making recommendations on system improvements and optimizations. 

  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and clients
  • Resolve user issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teammates on system improvements
  • Escalate problems as necessary to Ellie Mae Support
  • Manage assigned projects and tasks
