Job Description

Maximize sales by assisting the Mortgage Banker with administrative tasks that
interferes with the focus on sales.

  1. Assist in originating residential mortgage loans and
    associated products.

  2. Provide guidance and financial analysis for each client as to the various loan programs
    available and the cost of the programs including fees and monthly payments to
    find the best program to fit the client’s needs.

  3. Utilize knowledge, training and experience to assist the Loan Officer on his/her team
    in soliciting, originating, and facilitating the processing and closing of loan
    products and financing of residential real estate transaction on behalf of the
    Company’s customers.

  4. Coordinate with all clients and referral sources on information needed
    and handle all correspondence including the review of the final settlement
    statement.

  5. Attend all sales and training meetings .

  6. Coordinate all file related details with the loan production staff of Compass or any
    investor, including answering emails from staff and get Mortgage Banker
    involved when necessary

  7. Send thank you cards to closed customers asking for referral business

  8. Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have current Mortgage Banker License through NMLS.

1-5 Years in Residential Mortgage Industry

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have strong organization skills

Ability to prioritize work, in fast paced environment.

Strong Attention to detail .
