Now, if you were to come on board as our Accounts Coordinator, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

  • Manage user access and documents on customer portal
  • Implement new customers on all Foodbuy systems
  • Support customer requests for administrative tasks
  • Audit customer records in CRM and adjust missing information
  • Coordinate meetings and record minutes when required
  • Investigate missing data feeds and data drop offs from customers
  • Own vendor communication and coordination (i.e. marketing material orders, conference spaces, etc.)
  • Pull monthly customer reports from system
  • Communicate with customers as required with monthly purchasing reports
  • Suggest improvements and opportunities for improved efficiencies

 

    Qualifications

    Think you have what it takes to be our Accounts Coordinator? We’re committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here’s how we’ll know you will be successful:

    • 2 years’ administrative experience
    • 2 years’ customer service experience, preferably within National Accounts
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business-related field
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel
    • Highly organized and process oriented with strong time management skills
    • Analytical and logical thinking ability with an entrepreneurial spirit
    • Solid customer service and relationship building skills
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experience working with any CRM platform and/or Microsoft Power BI would be an asset
    • Project Management experience would also be an asset
