Compass Counseling Services is a fast growing counseling company based in Springfield Missouri and serving 13 Missouri counties. We specialize in serving children and their families in their homes, but we also provide therapy to all ages in our three offices located in Springfield, Lebanon, and Bolivar.

Compass Counseling Services is currently accepting applications for our counselor position. Duties include providing individual and family counseling. We offer in-home and office sessions. We serve a 50 mile radius of Springfield. Travel is required. Most of our clients are children and their families who are in poverty. Familiarity with this population is a plus. Masters in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy required.
