Join a dynamic team at Company Partners, where we empower South African businesses to succeed through innovative compliance and growth solutions. We're seeking a talented designer to take ownership of critical projects, focusing on user experience, interface design, and creative branding

The ideal candidate should have a passion for designing intuitive, user-centric interfaces and experiences that enhance user satisfaction and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to bring concepts to life

Minimum Requirements:

• UX / UI Design diploma / degree (NQF level 5 or higher)
• 8+ years proven experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Be able to apply sound strategic thinking to conceptually create and develop solutions to modern design problems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UX / UI strategies with business objectives.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Bonus: Experience in branding or graphic design. (Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign / Canva)

Location: Predominantly Virtual (1 day per week in-office required)
Start Date: 1 February 2025
Remuneration Package: R30,000 – R40,000 Cost to Company per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Experience (UX) Design
   • Lead the UX design of our new workflow system to ensure it is intuitive and efficient for end-users.
   • Conduct user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
2. User Interface (UI) Design
   • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for the new workflow system.
   • Collaborate with developers to implement and refine the UI designs.
3. Website Wireframe Designs
   • Develop wireframes and prototypes for web projects to ensure clear user journeys.
   • Work closely with the marketing and development teams to align designs with business goals.
4. Logo and Branding Designs
   • Create impactful logos and visual identities for clients.
   • Maintain and enhance our corporate identity with brand consistency across all design outputs.
