** Important Information:
- There is a preference for candidates local to the Philadelphia area who can maintain a 3 day per week hybrid schedule in our Philadelphia office location. However, remote applicants with appropriate qualifications may still be considered and are welcome to apply
- This role will require approximately 20–25% travel annually, specifically during peak ride season (Mar-Oct), including weekends
- This position does not require existing knowledge of the motorcycle industry (but is a plus if you've got it!)
Job Description
Are you obsessed with short-form video and creator culture (and the roar of a motorcycle engine)? Comoto is seeking an execution-focused Social Partnerships Specialist to serve as the critical structural bridge between our external partnerships and digital marketing amplification. In this role, you will lead our brand evolution on emerging short-form channels—specifically TikTok and Instagram—by actively sourcing fresh talent and scaling our ambassador footprint across our powerhouse enthusiast brands: RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles.
This position balances high-impact creative strategy with analytical execution; you will turn loose, creative ideas into structured, repeatable influencer campaigns while managing live social storytelling at major grassroots events. Our Social Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for:
Influencer Pipeline & Ambassador Management
- Active Sourcing: Identify, vet, and recruit the "next batch" of digital content creators and authentic brand advocates at optimal stages of their creator lifecycle to scale our outreach.
- Program Expansion: Manage and scale the existing RevZilla Ambassador program, analyzing performance metrics to determine strategic playbooks for expanding its footprint into Cycle Gear and J&P Cycles.
- Contract Fulfillment: Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for external creators, setting clear content briefs, timelines, and usage rights while tracking deliverable pacing against dedicated campaign budgets.
Collaborative Content & Organic Strategy
- Social-First Content: Transition external partners from standard marketing collateral to "social-first" video and image assets that resonate natively with platform algorithms and drive top-of-funnel customer acquisition.
- TikTok Tracking & Growth: Partner directly with the internal Organic Social & Content teams to be a leading voice on TikTok strategy & execution, hyper-focusing on follower growth, and ultimately new customer acquisition.
- Omnichannel Content Amplification: Co-develop and execute cross-brand collaborative posts across RevZilla, Cycle Gear, and J&P Cycles featuring events, partners, sponsors, and vendors to instantly turn on-site foot traffic into digital audience growth.
- Community Voice & Authenticity: Tailor creative messaging to address gaps in current brand voice, ensuring partnerships natively hit the specific demographics of individual Comoto enthusiast audiences.
Event Integration & Brand Visibility
- Grassroots Partner Support: Collaborate with external event coordinators and third-party vendor partners to cross-pollinate social audiences and leverage experiential activations.
- High-Impact Activation: Standardize on-site media workflows by managing front-facing content coordination and live social storytelling at major events and Ride Days, optimizing team bandwidth during peak operational seasons.
- Cross-Department Alignment: Establish a regular communication flow across internal brand teams to advocate for partnership opportunities, providing routine updates to leadership on creator deliverables, engagement wins, and shifting social trends.
Qualifications
Our Next Social Partnerships Specialist Has:
- Social Fluency: Expert-level understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, short-form formatting requirements, and the distinct separation between native social storytelling and traditional corporate advertising.
- Network & Agility: Proven ability to proactively network and seamlessly manage expectations with external creative personalities and brand ambassadors.
- Strategic Balance: An analytical mindset capable of protecting the gritty, authentic look and feel of grassroots riding content while ensuring execution aligns strictly with corporate KPIs and business goals.
- Dynamic Project Execution: Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with the ability to turn loose, creative ideas into structured, repeatable processes that scale our team's capacity.
- Travel Scope: Willingness to travel 20–25% annually, specifically during peak ride season (Mar-Oct), including weekends.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or an equivalent field.
- 2–3 years of experience managing influencer talent, social media communities, or brand partnership execution.
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing project management software (such as JIRA/Confluence) to manage cross-functional design tasks and contract routing.
