This leader will define and maintain execution rigor across all phases from discovery and planning, to launch and stabilization, while providing transparent reporting to senior leadership and steering committees.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans for multi-phase programs, clearly defining milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Establish and manage structured delivery phases — Discovery, Design, Development, Testing, Launch, and Post-Launch Optimization.
- Ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timelines while proactively identifying and managing scope changes and risks.
- Lead cross-functional planning involving Engineering, Product, UX, Security, and external vendor teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

- Define and monitor SLAs, escalation protocols, and contract deliverables to ensure accountability and timely issue resolution.
- Drive structured change management, release readiness, and post-launch transition into operational ownership.
- Ensure technical documentation, integration requirements, and validation criteria are clearly maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
Governance, Risk, and Reporting
- Establish and chair recurring program governance meetings and steering committees, ensuring transparent communication on progress, issues, and decisions.
- Identify, quantify, and mitigate program risks; maintain a continuously updated risk register and mitigation plan.
- Provide structured reporting to senior stakeholders through dashboards, milestone reviews, and KPI-driven scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with all security, privacy, and PCI standards across systems and integrations.
Stakeholder Leadership & Communication
- Act as the central point of accountability for all program communications — ensuring consistent, transparent, and structured updates across technical and non-technical teams.
- Collaborate with executive sponsors and business leaders to align expectations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decisions.
- Support the prioritization of capacity and initiatives within the broader product and technology portfolio.
- Foster a culture of ownership, precision, and proactive problem-solving within the delivery organization.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Manage and track program budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures to ensure financial discipline across all teams, internal and external and across all delivery phases.
- Maintain visibility into vendor contracts, purchase orders, and change requests to validate alignment with financial objectives.
- Provide regular financial status updates, including budget variances, forecasts, and mitigation plans to Executive leadership.
- Partner with Finance and Business teams to ensure accurate capitalization, cost allocation, and invoice reconciliation.
