What you will do:

• Bring direction and development to the Production ministry’s leadership—its coordinators of online service, a/v, lighting, and stage design. 

• Help guide the church to grow in excellence in our production of every worship event by continue to oversee the addition and maintenance of vital equipment and infrastructure of technology and equipment. 

• Provide regular weekly feedback to coordinators about how others experience our church through Sunday morning services, events, online service, etc. 

• Lead breakouts with coordinators during Team Nights and ensure coordinators are prepared to lead breakouts with team leads.

• Lead Next Steps breakout when scheduled. Be ready to answer questions about the Production Department and the ministry areas within the department. As a director, you need to know your ministry areas’ volunteer and leadership needs.

• Build a team of coordinators and volunteers for your ministry areas. Lead the investigation process for new coordinators (application and interview). 

• Help lead the team leads identification, investigation, and integration process.

• Attend weekly Programming Department meetings.

• A born-again, baptized Christian with a deep and growing spiritual journey
• Agree with the Community Church “Statement of Faith.”
•  Several years of experience in leading a creative team, preferably within a church context.
• Skills in the visual arts, graphics, video, social media and other creative domains. 
• Uphold Team Orange (Church Volunteer Team) values.
