Car Sales Executive – High Spec Luxury / Performance – Main Dealer

  • Uncapped commission OTE of £50k
  • Working with one of the most recognised brands in the Luxury Market.

Our client is a growing Prestige / Performance / Luxury dealership group with 50 plus sites in the UK. You will be representing one of the premier luxury car brands in the world within a modern and well positioned dealership in Chelmsford, Essex.

Candidate Requirements

  • Second to none customer service and presentation skills.
  • You will have a strong motor trade sales background and an ability to communicate effectively with customers from all walks of life.
  • You must be flexible and hungry to achieve and exceed targets
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • You must have Car Sales Experience
  • High End or Prestige Car Sales Experience Preferred.

Being such a premium product, you will have a very high footfall at the dealership, however not all this footfall will be potential customers. You will have to use your qualification skills to assess who is a serious buyer.

You will also need to have experience generating appointments through effective telephone communication and negotiation skills.

Pay and Benefits

  • Basic salary + Bonus
  • £45k-£50k OTE
  • Company Car Provided
