Sous Chef – Nose to tail dining

Job Description

We are looking for a sous chef to join our fun and friendly team cooking modern British nose to tail menus from a brand new open kitchen.

Located in Kings Cross, we work 7 shifts per week and offering £30K for the right sous chef.

We produce everything fresh on site with our own butchery and hanging rooms.

Catering for up to 120 covers per service as well as private dining and small events.

Sous chef will be hands on, running service, managing ordering, stock control and kitchen due diligence.
