Job Description

Purpose of position

Perform financial analysis and other analytical work to support  our Client Account based in Warsaw. Assist clients in optimizing financial models and bringing expertise and innovation. 
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Utilize and improve highly-customized financial models to analyze occupancy alternatives;
  • Optimize client’s real estate strategy by providing customized analysis to better illustrate different real estate scenarios;
  • Provide active engagement in regular meetings with the client and client’s customers in reviewing and advising alternatives;
  • Client-facing, presentations of financial models, etc.;
  • Ongoing communication with Client and Account team;
  • Review of lease documents for inputs in financial models;
  • Active work within the client’s lease database;
  • Possess an ability to work in a project-based team environment with continuous cooperation and interaction among the various team members on a daily basis.
     

Qualifications:

  • BA or higher in finance or related areas;
  • Exceptional analytical skills;
  • Expertise with MS Excel, including advanced functions such as lookup, index, and sum product arrays;
  • Moderate VBA coding experience (beyond recording of macros);
  • Proficiency with other Microsoft Office products, including Access;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience in consulting, real estate, capital markets or banking industries;
  • Proactive, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
     

Preferred:

  • Experience in capital markets, including discounted cash flow / financial projections, asset reposition strategies, market analysis, risk evaluation and debt / capital structures;
  • Relationships within the commercial real estate finance industry;
  • Ability to explain complex financial problems to someone without financial or RE background.
