We are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Industrial & Logistics team in London, supporting one of the most dynamic and fast-growing sectors in commercial real estate.
Job Description
This role offers the chance to make a real impact through data. You will work closely with the Head of Industrial & Logistics Research, alongside brokers, researchers, and senior leaders, transforming complex market information into clear, commercially driven insight that informs strategic decisions, client advice, and business growth.
You will be encouraged to challenge assumptions, improve data processes, and think creatively about how data and visualisation can deliver better outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, clean and maintain large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity
- Prepare and standardise raw market data from multiple internal and external sources
- Analyse UK Industrial & Logistics market data, including transactions, leasing activity, rents, supply, demand, and occupier trends
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insight for client instructions, pitches, and advisory work
- Create high-quality reports, dashboards, and visualisations for both internal and external audiences
- Contribute to market reports, thought leadership, and client presentations
- Partner with fee-earning teams to respond to bespoke data and analysis requests
- Continuously improve data processes, structures, and outputs
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring (Essential)
- Experience in a data analyst or research-focused role, ideally within real estate, logistics, economics, or a commercial environment
- Proven ability to manage, clean, and maintain datasets with a high level of accuracy
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience handling large or complex datasets
- Advanced Excel capability
- High attention to detail and strong personal accountability
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience using Power BI, including creating dashboards and data visualisations
- Exposure to Industrial & Logistics or commercial property markets
- Experience with SQL, Python, or R
- Familiarity with GIS or spatial analysis tools
