Job Description
You are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in real estate valuation and financial analysis. You are eager to learn the valuation process, including methodologies, timing, and assumptions, and to support the team in the analysis of Valuation Reports. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrates a proactive attitude toward managing evaluation processes and reports. Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and a willingness to learn complete the profile.
Your Activities:
As a Valuer Intern, you will support the team in the analysis and preparation of Valuation Reports. Your main objective will be to learn the valuation process, including methodologies, timing, assumptions, and data collection.
You will work closely with a small, collaborative team, gaining hands-on experience in managing valuation activities and contributing to reports under supervision.
This role is designed to help you build a solid foundation in real estate valuation and professional reporting.
Qualifications
- Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
- Strong interest in Real Estate
- Knowledge of evaluation process
- Has a strong work ethic
- Good attitude to teamwork
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Available for inspections through Italy
- Native Italian speaker or C1 level, intermediate (B1 level) in English
- Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
