The position is within the Automotive & Roadside team based at our Birmingham office.
Our specialist areas include - Vehicle dealerships, Petrol Filling Stations and Roadside Retailing, Drive-thru Restaurants, Fast fit and Motorist Centres, Motorway and Trunk Road Service Areas, Roadside Retail, and EV Charging Hubs.
We have one of the UK’s largest dedicated departments of automotive and roadside agents and valuers dealing with properties within the UK and mainland Europe.
Job Description
Provide administrative duties to support the Automotive & Roadside team to include -
- Diary & Time Management: Maintaining diaries and work in progress spreadsheets via Outlook and Excel.
- Finance: Maintaining forecasts and preparation of invoices via Salesforce
- Agency: Preparation and distribution of marketing details and marketing campaigns via Word, PowerPoint and Dotdigital.
- Clerical: Preparation of formal reports and documents which include Valuations, Rent Review Repots, Tenders and other formal documents via Word and Excel.
- Presentations: To support senior members of the team in the preparation and delivery of presentations via Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail is essential
- Ability to multitask and show initiative
- Good time management skills: ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office is essential (Word; Excel; PowerPoint)
- Excellent English and numerical skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills - the ability to deal effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels within the company
- Experience coordinating multiple individuals within a team setting, preferably in a property environment.
