Job Description
Colliers has one of the largest Project and Building Consultancy Teams in the industry and is looking for confident, articulate and commercially minded talent to join our growing business. We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduates to join our Building Surveying team in London.
Our strengthened team across the UK has expertise in all areas of Commercial Project and Building Consultancy from our offices in London, Esher, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol and Leeds. We are a fun, dynamic team offering involvement in a broad range of activities for interesting clients.
Our Emerging Talent Training Programme will provide you with a first-class platform from which to launch your surveying career. It has been designed to ensure that you are able to demonstrate the required level of knowledge, skills, and behaviours associated with becoming an RICS qualified surveyor.
Qualifications
For our Building Surveying pathway, we welcome applications from candidates who already have, or are predicted to obtain, a RICS accredited degree.
Experience
- Degree (or equivalent) educated or working towards.
- Completing or has completed a placement year in industry.
- Shows an understanding of how to build client relationships through effective communication.
- Can articulate their interest in developing a career within Building Surveyor, backed by their area of study.
