Job Description
We are looking for a Surveyor/Graduate Surveyor to join our Industrial and Logistics team, based at our UK headquarters in London, 95 Wigmore Street. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals at both entry and mid-levels who are looking to build or advance their career in this exciting sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional work for clients, ensuring all relevant reporting requirements are met according to deadlines and RICS regulatory compliance standards.
- Service existing instructions by undertaking viewings, inspections, and market appraisals.
- Assist with development appraisals and contribute to report writing.
- Ensure work meets Colliers International Best Practice standards.
- Develop client relationships and participate in business development activities organized by the department.
- Work to generate fee income and meet team and Business Group targets.
- Collaborate with the wider Industrial team or work independently on instructions as required.
- Assist with data collection on market transactions, supply metrics, and other key market insights.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling services.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines with strong time management skills.
Qualifications
- MRICS Qualified or studying towards qualification (for graduate applicants).
- Highly numerate and proficient in MS Office and relevant databases.
- Strong market knowledge, with experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.
- Full driving license.
