Job Description
We are offering a position of CRM Manager (Salesforce) in our growing Sales Processes CEE team, which is developing sales and marketing processes in the commercial real estate industry based on CRM tools. The team is part of the technology department serving the CEE countries. In our work, we use best practices, collaborate in a good atmosphere, learning from each other.
The person in this position will be building a team of experts cooperating with our internal clients both in developing existing systems and in implementing them “from scratch”. They will also have the opportunity to implement some of the solutions developed together.
Responsibilities:
- managing a team of CRM experts (Salesforce);
- developing business requirements based on information gathered from stakeholders based on workshops and one to one meetings;
- defining marketing and sales processes;
- close cooperation with the development team to deliver the highest quality solutions;
- participation in the implementation of developed solutions;
- daily contact with stakeholders from various European countries.
Our reuirements:
- knowledge of sales and marketing processes;
- at least 5 years of experience in work involving the development of requirements gathered from clients in the field of IT system implementation and maintenance;
- good knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud is required, knowledge of tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Tableau CRM will be an additional asset);
- very good knowledge of English;
- experience in translating user requirements into technological requirements;
- knowledge of Agile.
Nice to have:
- experience in team management;
- experience with JIRA or similar tools;
- Salesforce certificates.
