Job Description

This pivotal role is designed for an enterprising professional who is passionate about driving operational excellence and performance improvement across the EMEA region. Working closely with the EMEA Executive team, including the CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in setting and executing the EMEA Enterprise Strategy for 2030. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation while managing a range of complex, strategic projects.

Purpose of the role is to maintain and enhance operational efficiency and performance standards across the EMEA region, while effectively managing and executing a diverse range of strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Productivity Improvement Programme: Lead the development and implementation of a region-wide productivity program.
  • Business Performance Management: Manage quarterly business performance assessments and lead the annual business planning cycle.
  • ESG Initiatives: Coordinate the implementation of ESG commitments and lead the CSRD Readiness Project.
  • Innovation with Technology: Oversee the Innovation Showcase project and foster a culture of innovation across the region.
  • Productivity and Efficiency Analysis: Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for profitability enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • COO Community Development: Revitalize the COO Community for enhanced collaboration and practice sharing.
  • Real Estate Strategy Project: Manage real estate strategy and performance reviews to ensure proactive decision-making.
  • Growth Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing the EMEA Strategic Growth Plan for 2024-2030.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Strategy, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in real estate or a similar sector.
  • Strong project management skills with a history of delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with ESG standards and reporting.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
