Job Description

Embark on an exciting career journey with Colliers as our Key Account Management (KAM) Lead, a role that sits at the heart of our EMEA services for Investors. In this dynamic position, you'll be the driving force behind multi-service revenue growth and elevating client experiences. We're on the lookout for individuals who bring a wealth of expertise in real estate or a comparable field and have a proven track record of mastering key account management within a global professional services context.

Key Purpose:

Lead and augment key account management for top priority investor clients in the EMEA region, driving revenue growth across multiple services and cultivating enduring client relationships.

Responsibilities, skills & Experience:

  • Key Account Leadership: Direct and develop key account strategies for our priority investor clients in the EMEA region, focusing on revenue growth and relationship enhancement. Enabling our service leaders to collaborate with clients to tailor strategic solutions and ensure satisfaction.

  • Client Intelligence and Engagement: Manage client intelligence gathering and analysis, employing this data in crafting effective engagement strategies. Identify and leverage collaboration opportunities across key accounts to strengthen relationships.

  • Cross-Service Collaboration: Coordinate KAM client intelligence and uncover cross-service collaboration opportunities, including Capital Markets, Debt, Property Management, ESG, and Valuation & Advisory. Optimize client service and revenue opportunities.

  • Client Plan Development: Create and implement detailed client plans in partnership with client-facing service leaders, driving client engagement, addressing needs, and stimulating revenue growth.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or business management are advantageous.
  • Proven key account management experience in a multinational professional services setting, preferably in real estate.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing key accounts and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Track record of driving client revenue growth and engagement.
  • Expertise in growing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in client management technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with client management tools and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across various service lines and markets.
  • Capability to build relationships with internal teams and engage with leaders in diverse asset classes.
