We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front-of-House Coordinator with preferably a background in 5-star hotels and luxury hospitality  to join our esteemed commercial real estate consultancy. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they step through our doors. This position involves managing the client floor, overseeing reception operations, and coordinating various teams to ensure seamless service.

Job Description

Client Greeting and Hospitality:

  • Welcome clients with the warmth and attentiveness characteristic of a luxury hotel experience.
  • Offer personalized and attentive service to ensure clients feel valued and comfortable.
  • Manage the check-in process, taking coats, and providing information about available amenities.

Client Floor Management:

  • Oversee the overall client floor operations, ensuring a well-organized and inviting environment.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including catering and reception, to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of awareness and proactively address any client requests or concerns.

Beverage and Catering Services:

  • Offer and serve a selection of high-quality beverages to clients.
  • Collaborate with catering teams to ensure timely and seamless delivery of refreshments
  • Provide support in coordinating catering for meetings and events held on the client floor.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the reception and catering teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' hospitality and client interaction skills, liasing with Talent and Developement where appropriate. 
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure a unified team approach.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house role in a 5-star hotel or high-end hospitality setting is not essential, though preffered. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to provide top-notch customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar front-of-house role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end corporate setting.
