Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking an EMEA Identity & Access Management Product Manager to join our Technology Solutions team. This role is pivotal in leading the implementation and adoption of our Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform, ensuring secure and efficient access to company systems, data, and applications.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to strategically lead and manage the implementation and adoption of Colliers' Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform across the EMEA region. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring secure and efficient access to company systems, data, and applications, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Director of EMEA Technology Solution Architecture.
  • Collaborate with various teams within Colliers, including Information Security & Compliance, Infrastructure & Operations, IT Service Management, HR Programme, and Project Stakeholders.
  • Lead the IGA system implementation across EMEA.
  • Align the IGA programme with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Manage the user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates.
  • Monitor security incidents and apply best practices in identity and access management.
  • Coordinate with external third-party identity management specialists.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for identity and access management.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and ensure compliance with internal and external policies.

 

Qualifications

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing an Identity Governance & Administration platform.
  • Familiarity with Identity standards (SCIM, OAuth, SAML, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional awareness.
  • Effective vendor and partner management.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills.
  • Strategic planning and critical thinking.
  • Minimum five years in IGA and PAM solutions implementation (e.g., Saviynt, CyberArk, SailPoint).
  • Experience in Microsoft Directory and IAM product suites.
  • Background in managing identity and security projects.
  • Knowledge of HRIS Platforms and compliance requirements in Identity Management.
  • Experience in a multinational organization's Identity Management or Security team.
  • Minimum three years in a management role within an IT function leveraging ITIL.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or similar.
  • Project Management Certification (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • CISSP or equivalent cybersecurity certification.
