Job Description

  • Working closely with the Administration Manager in order to ensure that all reports, correspondence and other documents are completed on time and to the required standard. 
  • Preparing all documents in accordance with Company templates and the style and layout requested by the originator.
  • Completing online appeals forms and submitting these to the Valuations Office.
  • Updating and reviewing excel spread sheets.
  • Updating/maintaining the Riverlake database with property details and importing information into the database when required.
  • Undertaking team invoicing using Salesforce.
  • Responding to telephone enquiries from internal/external clients.
  • Fielding telephone calls and ensuring that messages are passed on as appropriate.
  • Ensuring that the electronic filing system is maintained and that electronic scanning and filing is completed in a timely manner.
  • Organising travel arrangements and booking travel tickets for UK wide travel. 
  • Processing expenses claims for team members.
  • Arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and ensuring that calendars are kept up-to-date.
  • Any other task that may reasonably be requested.

Qualifications

  • Accurate typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of v look ups, basic equations, and formulas for excel are essential).
  • Knowledge of Riverlake and Salesforce an advantage but not essential as training will be given
  • Good academic background.
  • Numerate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.  
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Must have a proactive approach and possess a flexible attitude to workload.
