Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting packs for your clients within your property portfolio e.g., Debtors Schedules, Service Charge Budget versus Actual Reports, Vat Reports.
  • Co-ordinate with key stakeholders to ensure that reporting commitments for each of your properties are met and that any issues are appropriately resolved on a timely basis.
  • Issue rent and service charge invoices to tenants.
  • Monitor cash balances and set up rent transfers to clients.
  • Assist with resolving queries to ensure that both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable subledgers are maintained to a high standard.
  • Complete Service Charge audit packs and liaise with external auditors.
  • Part of this role is Accounts Payable and includes duties like processing supplier invoices, EFT payments, dealing with supplier queries and covering Accounts Payable’s annual leave.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as determined by the business.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years Property Management accounts experience
  • Positive and flexible attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to priorities tasks and focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
  • Property system knowledge (Tramps, Basware P2P) a plus but not essential.
