About the Role: We are currently seeking an Assistant Client Accountant to join our Occupier Services team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for finance and real estate to work alongside our experienced team of professionals.
Job Description
As the Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the entire debt book of approximately £8 million, ensuring prompt payment and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire debt book (P&BC) of approximately £8 million.
• Utilise tactful credit control techniques that are tailored to each client, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Perform DSO analysis for all SL’s & offices.
• Ensure all notes are updated on the system to maintain accurate records.
• Perform SAP/Salesforce reconciliations to ensure consistency in financial records.
• Conduct monthly analysis for reporting, cash flow projections, and other financial needs.
• Run credit checks from Creditsafe – P&BC only. Prior experience in this area is desirable but not essential for the role.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to tactfully negotiate with clients.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using financial software, including SAP and Salesforce.
