Job Description
Underpinned with over 50 years of experience in the industry, the rating team offer a complete range of services, including management of client’s rates liability, ensuring business rates bills are accurate and as low as possible and making sure clients are not overpaying.
They have saved over £1.5 billion for their clients since 2010, and their specialist Accurates team have recovered over £500 million. They cover sectors spanning automotive, industrial and logistics, offices / serviced offices, retail, leisure and hospitality and more. The team is headed by John Webber who is regularly featured in national media discussing business rates whilst lobbying for Business Rates reform.
A sociable team, there are 130 experts strategically based in our Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Scotland and Uxbridge offices, and they get to work with well-known brands such as Wilko, Iceland, Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft and WeWork.
We are now looking to continue to grow the team and we are in search of a Customer relationship manager who's role will include but not be limited to:
- Support for the Director of Operations in managing clients and handling monthly client reporting.
- Speaking to national clients of the firm to understand more about their requirements and how these can be met.
- Ascertaining performance of the team with existing clients.
- Supporting with material preparation for bids and pitch documents.
