About the role

As an assistant to the Valuation team based in Antwerpen, you will  play an important pivotal role and take on a wide range of administrative duties. Your professional and pro-active attitude are key to support your valuation expert colleagues. Your main responsibilities will include:

Support to the valuation team

  • Arrange appointments for site visits by the experts and agenda management
  • Keeping financial overviews and other records up to date
  • Preparing offers and quotations
  • Following - up on invoicing and payments
  • Ensuring correct set-up and filing of valuation projects (digital and paper

Office management duties

  • Handling incoming calls, visitor’s and mail management
  • Organise meetings, catering and events if necessary
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Facility Management (coordination with cleaning company, health and safety…)

Qualifications

 

  • 5+ years of experience with a first relevant experience within the real estate sector
  • Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision
  • Detailed oriented, organised and proactive
  • Excellent communicator (NL, FR, ENG) both verbal and written
  • Customer oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
