About the role

As a Valuation Expert, you will be focused on producing thorough reports as well as fostering client relationships and consulting with them to find the best values. Your main focus will be delivering valuation reports for residential properties but you will gradually expand your knowledge on all asset classes suitable for regulator and transactional applications. You'll work closely with the Head of Valuations to further develop your expertise and professional development plan. Each day you will promote Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service.

You have a previous experience in real estate industry providing high quality property valuations. You enjoy delivering the best service to clients and aim at building long term partnerships.   Company culture and ethical value are important to you. You aim to increase your client relations and want to share your ideas to create the best processes and procedures.

• 5+  years of  residential valuation experience
• Team player mentality
• Be able to take day to day responsibility for execution of instructions under minimum supervision
• Analytical skills to be able to draw out market trends an information
• Able to form and justify opinions on property values
• Confidence in prioritization and working to deadlines
• Able to think ‘outside the box’
• Trilingual (native language preferred: French and Dutch + English)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)
