At Colliers Netherlands we are looking to strengthen our technology and product capabilities to support the further digitization of the business and to develop new products and services powered by data.

We are looking to grow our Data and Analytics team with an experienced team leader that can further develop our data & analytics centric culture and help us propagate this across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Understand business needs and requirements across the various business lines in the Netherlands and clarify value streams that can span across these business lines.

Active business stakeholders' management and alignment with data & analytics implementation team. Organise the infractructure and operating model of the data & analytics services. Maintain and develop best practices for data management and data governance in alignment with overall company tech and product strategy.

Develop team’s data & analytics skills to elevate the team knowledge and expertise to deliver on the data and analytics strategy.

Be the team’s ambassador for data practices within the Netherlands and in relationship with counterparts in similar roles across EMEA.

Skills:

  • Business analysis and requirements management
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data Management strategy creation and execution
  • Data modeling and database design
  • Manage and create Microsoft SQL scripts
  • PowerBI dashboards implementation
  • Azure data management tools & Python are a plus
  • Analytical and structured working style
  • Clear and structured communication style
  • Fluent written and oral English and Dutch skills

Experience:

  • Lead a data & analytics focused team
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of team projects and initiatives with competing demands
  • Oversee and administer ETL processes
  • Create and administer best practices and COE (Center of Excellence) for data management & analytics
  • Manage relationships with vendors / suppliers
  • Experience with TimeXtender ETL tools is a plus
  • Experience with Integration as a service tools is a plus
  • Overseeing on premise and cloud data & analytics infrastructure and tools is a plus
  • Working Agile / SCRUM is a plus
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus (data models, integration with PowerBI)
  • Experience with Azure data management tools is a plus
