Job Description

The objective of this role is to provide administrative and operational support to one of the most progressive and growing teams here at Colliers. Based our Uxbridge Office, this role is tasked with providing an efficient and effective administration service for the Industrial and Logistics department. This is a part time position of 16 hours per week. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Diary Management for team of Directors

·        Organising frequent travel for department

·        To assist in completing reports and ensuring they are collated within the timescales requested.

·        Producing pdf’s of reports on Abode Professional or Nitro, using either Outlook or Colliers Gateway.

·        Management of expenses for all Directors.

·        Maintaining activity records  for the team using salesforce

·        Arranging meetings and relevant supporting materials/agendas for internal and external clients   

·        Project management on creation of internal databases and technology solutions

·        Tracking, managing and executing on action items and deliverables made by/towards the team internally and externally

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about real estate who is keen to join a dynamic team.

·        Excellent time management skills: ability to work well under pressure and able to manage a number of projects concurrently

·        Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

·        Strong numerical and analytical skills

·        Strong knowledge of CRM Systems is essential. Previous salesforce experience preferred

·        Knowledge and experience of other applicable software such as Power BI, Adobe 

·        An understanding of the real estate industry is desirable

·        Strong organisational and communication skills
