Job Description

Your daily tasks:

  • Contribute to the campaign development process across channels, providing guidance on how best to leverage our suite of creative assets and digital platforms to bring core messages to life across all media.
  • Create a full range of marketing and events collateral including but not limited to: advertisements, articles, brochures, executive presentations, infographics and research reports, and adapt them for various channels.
  • Help organize and share our marketing digital and design assets with colleagues across the business, ensuring execution to global brand guidelines with our marketing and brand assets to consistently present Colliers’ industry-leading image across online and offline channels.
  • Participate in the region’s marketing and creative matrix group calls with peers across EMEA to share best practices and ideas; updating and educating the rest of the marketing team on creative approaches and solutions.
  • Help to source, assess and manage third-party vendors (martech providers, printers, photographers, video producers, merchandising), as needed.
  • Offer ad hoc photography and video support to expand our visual assets.

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • High proficiency in creative software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong creative portfolio with proven ability to understand and translate brand messages and business objectives into compelling visuals and then adapt them to various media platforms (e.g., broadcast, digital, print, and social).
  • Solid knowledge of design trends
  • Ability work comfortably and confidently within brand guidelines, be a brand champion and adapt new creative solutions while being on-brand.
  • Basic html and website building knowledge will be an advantage to utilize internal website building tools.
  • Video filming and editing skills and knowledge in animation work will be an advantage (Adobe Aftereffects), with outlook to achieve high proficiency.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Organization and project management skills, in a matrixed environment.
