The EMEA Infrastructure Project Manager role recognizes the requirement to deliver and maintain a standard, secure, compliant and reliable infrastructure across the EMEA enterprise.
Initially and primarily the role will inherit a Programme of work that seeks to address non-standard infrastructure in our offices across EMEA. Once a standard has been achieved the Programme will operate in maintenance mode to ensure that technology refreshes are planned, budgeted and executed to maintain standards.
Job Description

Key responsibilities
Managing multiple projects in line with the EMEA PMO delivery framework
Managing project budgets within agreed tolerance
Compiling Business Cases (with BA, IT and Business) to request project funding
Delivering project outputs to ensure benefits can be realised
Reporting risk, progress, spend and benefits alignment to Project Board and EMEA executive
Providing advice and direction to business leaders
Delivering projects in support of technology roadmaps
Supporting the EMEA Technology Leadership in delivering key initiatives in support of the 2020 Vision
Qualifications
Qualifications and experience
- Mandatory – Project/Programme Management qualification (e.g. Prince2, MSP, APMP)
- Mandatory – 5 years or more in infrastructure project management roles
- Mandatory – commercial and contract acumen
- Desirable – 3 years or more in a Professional Services organisation
- Desirable – project delivery across EMEA region or similar cross-boundary experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technology to non-technical people
- Strong track record in stakeholder management
- Good soft skills especially when dealing with customers
- Good understanding across Technology disciplines – Infrastructure, Applications, Service Desk
- Beneficial to have technical exposure to the following:
o Microsoft technology stack
o Understanding of WAN and LAN technologies
o Exposure to Cisco, Meraki, Tanium, SCCM and Nutanix desirable
o Service Now or similar Service Management software
o Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
o Cloud Platforms, Azure, AWS
