Colliers International is looking for an enthusiastic Operations  Analyst to join the EMEA Corporate Solutions team in Prague.

Job Description

Job Purpose 

  • To continue to build a successful EMEA Corporate Solutions business
  • Provide coordination and support for designated service lines and account(s) to ensure that client business objectives are met and that service excellence is delivered
  • Liaise with Account Managers, Analysts, Lease Administration, Workplace, Project Management, Valuations, Ratings to manage broad range of subject matter experts and collate information
  • Support Corporate Solutions team, building internal relationships to form strong network
  • Taking a proactive role in managing the debt collecting process together with the operations/finance team

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise and support various service lines with day-to-day or long term projects
  • Invoicing assistance – drafting, issuing and reviewing
  • Salesforce and database updates - ultimately become an expert user of Salesforce to support wider Corporate Solutions team with any queries
  • Adopt best practice approach to shared drive file management (uploading of all project related documents)
  • Help and support Account Managers in Global P&L inputs
  • Attending Aged debtors meetings and organizing all internal communication related to Credit control
  • Client Referrals – Support in validating and inputting all Corporate Solutions referrals to Colliers referrals tool


Key skills and needs:

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good numerical reasoning, analytical skills and risk assessment
  • Good presentation, report writing and communication skills. Excellent verbal/email/written - able to adapt to different situations/client style
  • Confident to suggest improvements / streamline current processes
  • Determine relevance of macro- and micro-economic data to our clients (research qualities)
  • Ability to prioritize workload - be a ninja when it comes to multi-task and time management
  • Excellent knowledge of English language is a must, +French language is a big advantage
  • Work permit in the Czech Republic is a must
