Colliers International is looking for an enthusiastic Transaction Manager to join the EMEA Corporate Solutions team in London.

Job Purpose 

  • To continue to build a successful EMEA CS business’.
  • Provide management and coordination for designated accounts and ensure that client business objectives are met and that service excellence is delivered.
  • Allow Account Managers to focus on revenue generating work by providing day to day analytical / administrative tasks on the accounts
  • Liaise with Account Managers, Analysts, Lease Administration, Workplace, Project Management, Valuations, Ratings to manage broad range of subject matter experts and collate information
  • Support CS team, building internal relationships to form strong network
  • Assist to build relationships on CS accounts through regular Client engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio awareness: size, asset split, number of leases, revenue projections, top 5 projects
  • Support larger transactions that need mapping
  • Support business case preparation
  • Support strategy plan preparation
  • Reporting – minutes, agendas, following up on actions, consolidating WIP reports
  • Take an active role in managing the client relationship on designated client accounts
  • Maintain a full understanding of clients’ real estate strategies through regular communication
  • Deliver the requisite processes for the service delivery required by each client – transaction and associated services
  • Engage local Colliers resources directly and highlight the specific client needs and approach to client interaction (resource deployment made)

Qualifications

Demonstrate knowledge of key EMEA real estate markets and cultures

  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel etc
  • Good numerical reasoning, analytical skills and risk assessment
  • Good awareness of global political, economic, technology business trends
  • Good presentation, report writing and communication skills. Excellent verbal/email/written - able to adapt to different situations/client style
  • Maintain accurate fee forecasting and billing records to control profitability
  • Confident to suggest improvements / streamline current processes
  • Determine relevance of macro- and micro-economic data to our clients (research qualities)
  • Good negotiation skills and understanding of transaction dynamics / EMEA market plus align services to compliment
