Opis stanowiska

Your daily tasks:

·       Work with business stakeholders to understand SharePoint requirements, priorities and opportunities

·       Create and manage SharePoint custom sites and portals for both internal and client consumption, as well as amending the existing SharePoint site creation process

·       Participate in projects where SharePoint and the PowerPlatform are involved

·       Provide administration for our various SharePoint instances and sites 

·       Continue to enhance and further automate our SharePoint site design and governance platform

·       Train key business users to become self-sufficient where possible

·       Coordinate with other Global/EMEA SharePoint Technical resources to ensure our SharePoint platforms are robust, secure and scalable

·       Work with O365 team to help the company in their digital transformation journey through adoption of Teams, OneDrive and the PowerPlatform

 

Qualifications and experience:

·       3-5 years of experience in a similar role

·       Fluent English spoken and written

·       Bachelor’s or Master’ degree ideally in a field related to Computer Science

·       Experience in (ideally gained in international companies):

o   Liaising with business community to understand and deliver to their needs

o   Administration with SharePoint Online, Teams and related technologies

o   Creation and management of online portals

o   Design to deliver compelling and dynamic sites

o   Creation and setup of intranet structures on SharePoint

 

Nice to have:

·       Experience in using, configuring and training users on:

o   PowerApps, PowerAutomate

o   Teams, OneDrive and Office365 integrations
