Job Description

Providing a range of real estate services across the UK, we are looking to establish a team of sales orientated people to field all inbound calls, via a consolidated national hotline, primarily leads/enquiries along with diverting all other inbound calls.

Whilst a large part of our inbound enquiries will be for vacant properties that we are marketing on behalf of our clients, inbound enquiries are not exclusive to just lettings, and part of this new team is to maximise cross-selling through initial consultative selling.

This consolidation of inbound calls will enable us to:

  • Increase enquiry conversion rates through quick response rates and direction to the appropriate surveyor
  • Provide consistency in qualification of enquiries
  • Consultatively sell appropriate services

 

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Answer all inbound calls quickly and to a high standard
  • Pre-qualify all enquiries/leads
  • Log all queries on our internal CRM system
  • Look for opportunities for cross-selling
  • Maintain a full understanding of Colliers International’s services and all properties we are instructed on
  • Process any other received calls that sit outside enquiries/leads

Qualifications

  • We are looking for someone with sales-focused customer service experience who enjoys enquiry qualification without the need for outbound sales. 
  • Experience, and training, in consultative selling is critical, along with the enjoyment of identifying and generating additional opportunities.
  • Tenacious, diligent with high levels of customer service, the ideal candidate will be keen to engage with all of our service lines and take responsibility for representing Colliers, as first point of contact.
  • Salesforce experience would be useful but not critical, although experience of working with CRMs would be expected.
  • Real Estate experience is not essential although other professional services industries would be an advantage.
