We are looking for an innovative and ambitious

Real Estate Research Analyst

to join our Commercial Consulting and Development team at our offices in Helsinki.

As a Research Analyst you will be responsible for gathering and analysing data from the real estate market, properties and property portfolios managed by Colliers. Your responsibilities will also include actively tracking market trends and changes impacting the demand and supply of real estate, with a particular emphasis on commercial assets, notably retail and shopping centres. You will work closely with Colliers’ EMEA research network to provide international data and benchmarks as context and trend analysis for the Finnish Colliers’ organisation and to report Finnish data and trends to Colliers EMEA Research network.

One of your key outputs will be the generation of market information, presentation material and research studies covering the Finnish real estate market, supporting the business of Colliers and its clients. Your role will be positioned within the commercial consulting and development team and responsible for the development of the business line. You will also be involved in client specific projects, providing wide spectrum of research, market data and analytics including:

• rent cash flow- and occupancy cost ratio analysis
• investment calculations and profitability analysis
• commercial real estate development analysis, shopping centre analysis

To be successful in this new position you need to

• be fluent in both written and spoken Finnish and English
• be analytical and have a development mindset
• understand the real estate market and calculation methods

Experience in real estate valuation is seen as an advantage.
