Job Description

EMEA Research is based in London west-end, and comprises a team of five personnel with a strong professional background. 

 EMEA research works with Colliers cross-border business teams, providing research and insights to a wide range of external clients covering multiple sectors and disciplines. We support business teams at internal and external events, often presenting to clients on specific and general market trends impacting their business. EMEA research often conducts client specific consultancy, particularly when supporting larger business assignments. The key responsibility for this analyst role is to work with the EMEA Heads of Research and Cross-border Capital Markets to generate research supporting this business line. This role will see you reporting directly to the EMEA Director of Research generating quarterly research reports covering EMEA capital flows and activity. You will be monitoring real estate transaction, fund-raising, capital deployment data and analysis and developing and curating an analysis of the living sectors and mixed-use assets.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working directly with the EMEA Director of Research and research leadership team
  • Generating quarterly research reports covering EMEA capital flows and activity
  • Monitoring real estate transaction, fund-raising and capital deployment data and analysis
  • Developing and curating an analysis of the living sectors and mixed-use assets
  • Assisting in the preparation of client presentations and consultancy work
  • A willingness and ability to present to internal and external clients

Qualifications

  • Higher education graduate, with at proven experience in research/real estate 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and analytical software
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills; good knowledge of IT
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Capability to work across multiple-disciplines
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
