Job Purpose


To operate at the leading edge of London City’s fast moving Serviced Office sector while advising a variety of tenants across London to acquire offices on a flexible basis that compliments their wider business strategy. 
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to fit in to a leading team dealing with the City office market.       


Main Responsibilities


•    Inspiring trust by handling instructions in a responsible, dedicated and authoritative manner and going the extra mile to achieve the client’s aims.
•    Building and maintaining a broad network of contacts
•    Fielding enquiries and undertaking viewings and negotiations for existing instructions.
•    Arranging marketing material and literature for properties
•    Working with the team to identify new business opportunities
•    To provide new ideas for the generation of fee income and team marketing initiatives
•    Providing expert local and international advice to Landlords and developers on sector news, trends and providing market insight


Key Skills and experience


•    Must have an eagerness to get on in business, however be able to work closely alongside fellow members of the City Agency team
•    Ability to convincingly and persuasively communicate an idea.
•    Ability to get along with a wide range of business owners and fellow professionals
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
•    Excellent organisation and time management skills
•    Must possess sound IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ideally serviced office experience but not crucial.
