Job Description

This position is seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual to provide support to the Investment Property Management team at Colliers International. Based in our Manchester Office, this role is tasked with providing an efficient and effective administration service for the department. This will also include the co-ordination of administration/typing requirements for the team.

Responsibilities include: 

  • To ensure hand written draft, reports etc., are completed and reports are collated within the timescales requested.
  • Searching for Planning, Local Authority, Flooding, Location, Situation etc
  • Producing pdf’s of reports on Abode Professional or Nitro for forwarding to clients, using either Outlook or Colliers Gateway.
  • Producing Pro-maps and Goads for reports.
  • Generating expenses for all Directors.
  • Raising new instruction/new files and issuing fee accounts for each job and sending out final invoices to clients.
  • Maintaining fee forecasts for teams.  Raising fees on own initiative.
  • Ensuring local office and sub-contractors fees/ invoices have been dealt with.
  • Reminding teams of deadlines for end of month billing.
  • Argus Enterprise inputting and producing reports for inclusion in report.
