ROLE

The Automotive & Roadside team offers a personal, tailor-made service on a project-by-project basis, working in partnership with clients to provide long-term strategic solutions in a highly customer-driven marketplace.

Colliers has the UK’s largest dedicated department of automotive and roadside agents and valuers. Over 75% of our Automotive & Roadside clients go on to use the services of supporting divisions within Colliers International.

As a surveyor in the Automotive & Roadside Team you will be expected to: 

• Assist the team in reaching their financial targets
• Undertake agency and valuation work throughout the UK for automotive and roadside properties which include dealerships, petrol filling stations, motorist centres, trade counter, retail and drive thru’ uses.
• Develop existing client relationships.
• Promote the team and the firm during meetings, presentations, and social events.
• Undertake development and investment appraisals with the help and support of the team
• Develop their role in their chosen discipline and/or sector with the support and help of senior colleagues.
