The Marketing Manager works as part of the Marketing and Communications team to co-ordinate the marketing initiatives for a variety of our business teams, including our Research and Forecasting team as well as some regional UK offices. The objective is to ensure these teams market themselves fully internally and externally, on time and within budget. The role is hands on and fast paced and requires someone who is energetic, dynamic, organised and has an excellent eye for detail. We are looking for creative and innovative ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit!

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Preparing marketing and entertaining plans for business teams, and then collaborating with the wider marketing and communications teams to deliver unique and memorable experience for our cetin through events, digital and PR.
  • Proactively managing the relevant budgets to ensure good return on investment.
  • Working with business leaders to identify high value business opportunities and implementing client engagement strategies to grow revenue from target organisations.
  • Working directly with our Research and Forecasting team to manage the production and distribution of research papers in a creative and innovative way that involved digital and design.
  • Developing design briefs for marketing collateral, including adverts, brochures, social media posts, event invites, e-marketing, etc.
  • Working with the Events Executive on any client events for the teams that you support and some ad hoc corporate events.
  • Working effectively with Client Engagement, Digital, PR and Communications teams to ensure an integrated approach to all marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring the use of the company’s brand at all times and being a brand advocate both internally and externally.
 

Key Skills Required:

  • Must be able to work proactively and on own initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to work well under pressure and able to manage a number of projects concurrently.
  • High level of attention to detail including excellent proof reading skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must have experience managing suppliers and briefing designers.
  • Digital marketing experience essential, including knowledge of social media and email campaign software.
  • Must have professional services marketing experience; property experience preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills, and a pro-active approach to delivering great customer service and experience.
