The Role:

The purpose of the role is to support the Business Space Lease Advisory team by providing them with accurate data on lease transactions, in a format which is ready to send to clients, so that the team are free to develop new business, liaise with clients and complete their instructions in a timely fashion.

Most leases on commercial property in the UK are let for a lease term of 5, 10 or 15 years. Leases which are 10 and 15 years long usually have a rent review to market value every 5 years. When the rent is reviewed at the lease expiry or during the lease at a rent review, Colliers will represent either the landlord or the tenant in fixing a new rent.

•    Using online data sources such as Land Registry and researching in house Colliers data

•    Compiling the information into excel spreadsheets

•    Enjoy collecting and analysing information
