This role will be working as part of our growing Portfolio Solutions Department here at Colliers International. The role is for a Surveyor level individual to join the team taking on responsibility of managing a growing and diverse portfolio of high profile clients real estate interests.

As part of the role, your responsibilities will include: 

• Develop close relationships with clients to best understand the business from their point of view to ensure that the property portfolio contributes to their core business ambitions.

• Adding Value – Identifying opportunities within the occupied portfolio to maximise income and minimise debt and progressing to a conclusion

• Providing solutions to day to day property and estates management issues.

• Ensure the seamless delivery of professional services across all Colliers departments and offices around the country

• To seek opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling and identification of new business

• To work effectively as part of the Corporate Solutions and Colliers team
