We are seeking a keen and able junior compliance offer to work with our growing compliance team here at Colliers International. 

The purpose of this position will be in providing support to the Compliance Manager ensuring that compliance areas relating to Colliers’ business specifically anti-money laundering are adhered to.

Other responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: 

• Operating anti-money laundering procedures including CDD checks
• Support the Compliance Officer in the training of staff on legislative and procedural requirements
• Support the Compliance Manager in their day to day work
• Support the Compliance Manager with all compliance related aspects

·     Awareness of anti-money laundering regulations

·     Must have strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

·     Excellent organisational and time management skills

·     Conscientious approach with excellent attention to detail

·     Excellent interpersonal skills

·     Excellent written communication skills

·     Able to work under pressure

·     Proactive and able to act on own initiative

·     Must possess a flexible attitude to work demands
