The Role:

Colliers EMEA IT function are seeking a Digital Workplace Analyst to join their team based in our Head Office on George Street. The Digital Workplace Analyst will focus on discovering, evaluating, improving and leading the adoption of technologies which will provide ‘best in class’ working experience for staff at Colliers International.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Enable and champion the delivery of a secure Modern Workplace across Colliers International EMEA. Oversee and shape the end user experience to ensure our technology is empowering people to do their best work possible.
  • Be a visible advocate of digital transformation and promote greater digital collaboration within the business. Drive up digital literacy and evangelise new technologies and systems in order to inspire and lead change.
  • Maintain perspective and track emerging technologies to ensure Colliers are able to plan for future adoption. 
  • Maximise our return on existing technology investments through identifying unused and emerging opportunities to extract value. 
  • Provide solutions to enable greater business mobility in order to support progressive end user expectations and working styles. Promote the secure and compliant use of technology in order to protect the business from unnecessary risk.
  • Support the EMEA Technology Solution Architect and the Head of EMEA Technology Solutions in developing technology road maps, including highlighting gaps in technology adoption and areas of focus.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to EMEA Operations Teams to ensure that new and existing technology is being implemented and adopted in the correct manner.

 

 

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate with staff at all levels within the organisation
  • Expertise in Cloud & SaaS/PaaS Technology
  •  A passion for Digital Transformation and Embracing Technology
  • An understanding of the Commercial Real Estate Industry
  • Understanding of Project Management Frameworks (e.g. Prince2)
  • Understanding of IT Service Management Frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
  • Experience presenting and speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences
