Your tasks include:

• Bringing Colliers International Finland to be the most attractive company in the industry for both clients and new employees.
• Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategy in Finland in cooperation with the EMEA Marketing and Communications team.
• Support business and sales growth through effective marketing, sales support and PR. You are also responsible for brand management and visual implementation.
• You are responsible for external and internal communications, including crisis communications. The job description also includes managing customer, personnel and stakeholder events.

You will work closely with senior management and develop and execute internal and external communications with high quality. You also work closely with People and Culture team to improve the employer image, especially on social media ensuring that Colliers International Finland will be the first choice in the industry to attract and retain the top talents in the idustry.

To succeed in this role you will need / have:

• Suitable academic degree, preferably in marketing or communications
• 5-10 years’ experience in marketing and communications role, preferably in property industry
• Experience in developing company brand in market, proven track record of successful rebranding
• Experience and proven track record in developing and implementing marketing and communications strategy
• Experience in managing customer, personnel and stakeholder events
• Experience in developing internal communications and employer image
• Experience in digital marketing and communications especially social media visibility
• Experience in leading and collaborating with the external agencies
• Native Finnish and fluent English skills (both written and verbal), experience in using English as a company language
• Experience in marketing and communications role in a stock listed company; proven knowledge and experience of the SOX limitations for internal and external marketing and communications
• Preferably previous budget responsibility in Marketing and Communications
