Job Description

Lead a strategic Client account regionally, and globally as part of the Account Management team for Corporate Solutions in the EMEA region.  Deliver exceptional service and strategic direction for clients.  Provide proactive advice to clients while actively managing the account team and their performance. Diligently and accurately manage and forecast the fee revenue pipeline to support the business.  Play a role in the ongoing improvement of the Account Management service line, focusing on the implementation of best in class tools, technology and process disciplines.  Support the Exec MD for Occupier Services, in the continued evolution of overall client service objectives, policies and plans as they pertain to the service line.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Advisory Services – Clearly understand the client’s portfolio and proactively advocate for strategic initiatives like Portfolio and Workplace Strategy, Metro Studies, Consulting Services, etc. to spur opportunities that reduce costs, take advantage of attractive markets, raise efficiency, etc.
  • Service Excellence – Consistently achieve Net Promoter Scores of 9 or 10 from the client. Clearly understand client expectations to deliver outstanding performance in regards to KPIs and SLAs.
  • Showcase exceptional Client Relationship Management – Act as senior relationship manager for select clients.  Regularly utilize CRM and other appropriate technology to maximize the use and accuracy of data.
  • Propose valuable Service Enhancements– Demonstrate an excellent ability to identify potential service enhancements for the client – Project Management, Lease Administration, Supply Chain Consulting, etc. – that will strengthen the partnership over time.
  • Demonstrate effective business acumen and management skills – Forecast revenue activity on a 24-36 month basis and proactively manage account revenue forecasting and receivables.  Effectively manage a P&L per client to drive performance towards internal profitability goals.
  • Lead Quarterly and Annual client business reviews – Actively engage with clients to continuously evolve the partnership, highlighting accomplishments, strategic priorities, and innovation to proactively problem solve and provide solutions.  Lead presentation and discussion at regularly scheduled business reviews.
  • Manage broad account teams – Oversee Lease Administration, Strategy and Innovation, Technology Services, Project Management and/or Transaction Management staff and resources that exist on Corporate Solutions client accounts for which this role is responsible.
  • Focus on high efficiency tools – Leverage the Colliers360 technology platform to raise client adoption and maximize efficient management of the account, ensuring accuracy, timeliness for updates, and relevance to the client’s business.
  • Advocate best practices – Consistently make recommendations to clients on tools, methodologies and other programs that we can share across clients and demonstrate leadership by consistently generating new ideas to add value for clients and Colliers. 
Skills, Education And Experience
  • BA/ BSc degree
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in providing comprehensive and integrated corporate services, including at least 5 years directly involved with transaction management
  • Technology proficiency
