Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to:

  • Advise UK and international clients about workplace innovation: what way of working and workplace suits best to the organisation.
  • Executing research processes at clients including interviews, workshops, questionnaires, activity measurements, etc.
  • Develop program of requirements for the workplace, IT, behaviour and Branding which are input for an architect / project managers / real estate agent.
  • Develop change management strategies to ensure acceptance of a new working model and work environment
  • Ad hoc support for the EMEA Workplace Director, as required

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Executing workplace Solutions projects for UK and international clients
  • Focus on evidence based consulting: gather and structure data, base recommendations on collected. 
  • Bringing innovation and new ideas to clients and the team
  • Work with the EMEA workplace team on developing new approaches and tools
 
Experience
  • Background in in business/ psychology related study and/or architecture related study
  • Min 2 years experience with workplace consultancy and / or change management
