As a Business Controller, you are responsible for both the management and financial reporting of the customers’ real estate portfolios as well as the overall co-ordination of the whole economic spectrum of the clients’ finances, working closely with the accounting and lease administration teams. In addition, you are responsible for the commercial reporting of the customer’s portfolios as well as budgeting and forecasting processes. The position requires close collaboration with the customers, so we expect good communication skills both in Finnish and English as well as customer-oriented thinking and strong problem-solving skills.

You are service-minded, result oriented and able to work as part of a team and as an individual. Analytical mindset, the ability to perceive the complexities and the skill of focusing on tasks in a fast-paced work environment is part of your strengths. We expect you to have an appropriate academic degree and already a few years of experience in the working life. Experience in real estate business and the Group / IFRS accounting are considered to be an advantage.
