Job Description

The Colliers internal recruitment team is looking for a Recruitment Consultant in join our national team to be based in Sydney CBD.

Reporting to a Manager you will join a recruitment team of 7 and a wider national People & Performance team of 14.

This role is responsible for 360-degree recruitment of Property professionals across the Colliers business in NSW, ACT & WA.

You will be joining a proactive recruitment team with a near 100% direct fill rate. All the team have an agency background, so the working environment is high-performing, results orientated with an expectation of high service levels. The successful applicant for this role is guaranteed accelerated success.


Ideally you will have a minimum of 1 year recruitment experience in a 360-degree recruitment role working on white collar/professional-level assignments. Agency experience will be highly valued, and internal recruitment experience a bonus.
